sparkly stay, every day!
fab upgrade rockstar staff perfect spot
my room got such a fab upgrade, yes! the staff, they are total rockstars. i mean, the location? it was exactly where i needed it! like, boom, perfect spot.
no drawers, closet small, and bathroom had no space. the toilet was separate and no sink was available. the bottles, they were never refilled.

the gym had treadmills and bikes so I could work out. the pool was big with lots of loungers for tanning. a restaurant with lots of fancy food options, and it made me wanna eat everything!

fantastic stay, minor hiccup
friendly staff spacious room comfortable bed lovely treats
The staff was very cute and friendly. My room was spacious, especially for an city accommodation. The bed was quite comfortable. I found balloons and treats upon my return, celebrating my husband's birthday. This was a very pleasant surprise and showed attention to detail.
The elevator was quite slow, and there was only one, which didn't really match what i expect from a five-star hotel.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym. This gym offers various machines and free weights, ensuring a complete workout. Everything appears well-kept and easily accessible to guests. I did spot fresh towels and sanitizing wipes available.

The hotel's location is near the metro. Several cafes and local shops are also close. Access to transportation and amenities is very convenient. Taxis and ubers were easily accessible at any time. there are also a few restaurants that i noticed within walking distance.

The room was very clean with everything I needed. The hotel provided a complimentary upgrade and balloons for my sister's birthday, showing great thoughtfulness. Its location is excellent, with the metro, cafes, and local shops only a short walk away. The staff were helpful and friendly. I found them amazing.
There was a minor issue. The elevator stopped unexpectedly between floors, a bit inconvenient.

The room featured a separate toilet for improved sanitation. The toilet seat came heated adding a nice touch. The hotel has a convenient location near the Saint-Lazare train and metro station. A Carrefour supermarket located a few meters away offered easy access to essentials.
The elevator moved slowly. This caused some delays during peak hours.
