The staff was very cute and friendly. My room was spacious, especially for an city accommodation. The bed was quite comfortable. I found balloons and treats upon my return, celebrating my husband's birthday. This was a very pleasant surprise and showed attention to detail.

The room was very clean with everything I needed. The hotel provided a complimentary upgrade and balloons for my sister's birthday, showing great thoughtfulness. Its location is excellent, with the metro, cafes, and local shops only a short walk away. The staff were helpful and friendly. I found them amazing.

The room featured a separate toilet for improved sanitation. The toilet seat came heated adding a nice touch. The hotel has a convenient location near the Saint-Lazare train and metro station. A Carrefour supermarket located a few meters away offered easy access to essentials.
This caused some delays during peak hours.
